Orders & Purchases

Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.

Follow this link to check the status of your order. We can also send you notifications about any important updates regarding your order – just make sure you’ve opted into notifications.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged.

The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:

We will send you an email if any part of your order is canceled or if we need more information to process your order.

Received only a partial order? No worries, it might still be on its way! You can check the delivery status in your Account. If you’d still like to chat, shoot us an email at support@anekgoods.com with your order reference number.

Something not quite right with your order? You can return or exchange it within 7 days. Check out our Return and Refund Policy page for all the details.

Account

Forgot your password? No problem! Just head to our login page, click “Sign in,” then “Forget my password.” Enter your email, and we’ll send you a link to create a new one. Easy peasy!

Want to change your password? Just pop over to My Accounts and then Account Details. You’ll see a “Password Change” option there. Simply enter your current password, then your new one, and hit “Save Change.” You’re all set!

You can close your account whenever you like. Just send us an email with your email address and why you’d like to deactivate it, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returns & Refunds

Once you’ve submitted your return, please give us 2-3 business days to process it before you check on your refund status. Thanks for your patience!

Shipping & Tracking

Lucky you! If your shipping address is within 5km of the Bharatpur Ringroad, delivery is on us. If you’re outside this zone, our delivery partner will calculate the charge for you. You can see the delivery charges on your Order page.

To update your addresses, just head to your Accounts page and click on “Address.” You can then edit your shipping or billing address there.

Want to know where your order is? Just hop over to your Accounts page and click on “Orders.” We’ll keep the status updated there. Plus, we’ll send you an email notification each time your order status changes, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Right now, we’re based in Bharatpur, Chitwan. But don’t worry, our delivery partners can absolutely get your order to you even if you’re outside of Bharatpur!

Fees & billing

Currently, Cash on Delivery is our main payment method. However, we’re planning to add more options soon based on what our customers like you need!
